Students

The Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office does not participate in any internships.  College students who are interested in observing a post mortem examination shall email their resume and formal request to the Director of Forensic Operations, Tim Genevay, at tgenevay@jpcoroner.com.  All candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in pre-med, forensic sciences, or a closely related field.  Due to the high volume of inquiries it may be difficult to accommodate all requests.
